He did a roof for me about 2 years ago, then one neighbor, then another neighbor. He uses nails, not staples. He's on site frequently and does what is promised and is reasonable, and he cleans up as he goes. I recommend this guy.
If you have had good luck with home repair folks, post your suggestions. It's hard to find good folks for foundation repair, concrete work, fencing, plumbing, air conditioning, etc. Share your good and bad experiences.
