Proxy Voting

I saw on Marks list were there is a lot of banter about the subject of proxy voting for members.
There are pro's and con's to that, but those interested are welcome to bring a written proposal
to the next board of directors meeting. Ideas are always welcome, just remember that there is a formal
framework that has to be followed. The bylaws are a requirement of a 501C3 organization and as president,
my specific job description is to see that we operate in accordance to the bylaws.

Just a reminder, the Board of Directors meeting is open to all dues paying members.

Regards,
Mike KD5KXF

Mike, I am no longer a member of Mark's Yahoo group so I haven't seen the post your referring too. What are we talking about Mike?

Also, may I suggest that we only discuss club business and issues in our forums. Any other forums or groups may not be seen by all club members.

I would add that the BOD meetings, as are ALL club meetings, open to all, member or non member. If a visitor has a question, there will be a time to ask it.
